Slow smokey BBQ. Working from Lac de Panneciere I will be serving BBQ food for take away. Slow cooked pork shoulder, fresh soft buns, seasonal chop salad and homemade fries.
For those not into pork i will be serving DELICIOUS plant based foods to make even the CARNIVORES jealous.
